This was a bad situation that turned into a good one. Long story short, I reserved a 6x12 box trailer for pickup Friday night. I got to the location to pick it up, and they said the trailer that was supposed to be mine was returned earlier in the day with blown out tires. I was initially irritated, but I understand that uncontrollable things happen, because I am a manager in the automotive repair business. Jerry and his team checked other locations and there were no 6x12 trailers available due to the weekend's high demand. They offered a smaller 5x8 trailer at a discounted rate as the only option due to the unforeseen circumstances. My family and I did what we had to do to make that work. Thanks to Jerry, Jackie, and the lot attendants (sorry can't remember their names) for doing everything in their power to take care of the situation. I have used this uhaul location in the past many times and will continue to do so.
I called to inquire about a 5X8 trailer The guy told me no problem we have them to rent, asked if i should reserve. he said no i don't see that being an issue. When i got there, they said they didn't have any and the lady had no idea why the guy would say that. This is the THIRD time this BS has happened here. Stay awat
