The best part was the staff! They were very helpful when moving in and out! The elevator was huge and was able to get everything in at one time. You can also back a truck right into the platform which made it super easy. Would definitely go back. Used a coupon code and was a help for cost. Would use again if needed.
Guardian Storage really made a terrible moving weekend much better. The staff is friendly, helpful, and eager to be of assistance. One staff member, Matt, even stayed a few minutes after closing just so I could finish unloading my car after a long day where everything else had gone wrong. The units themselves are excellent - clean, in varying sizes, and the building is very secure. Parking can sometimes be a bit of an issue, but there is plenty of street parking nearby. Also free coffee. What could be better? Highly recommended.
Really fantastic service - they were very helpful, including helping me park their truck that I was using to move in and even helping me haul things up to my storage unit (when I was there during a slow time for them). I think the price might be slightly higher than some of the other Guardian Storage locations, but having used one of the other locations in the past, I can tell you there's a difference in the level or service provided and it was absolutely worth it.
We used the Guardian Storage on Centre for two years to store some belongings while our home was being rebuilt after a fire. The staff there was accommodating and understanding when we came to them urgently. Our visits there have been easy - everyone is friendly and helpful, and the facility is clean and well-kept. We would not hesitate to rent storage at this facility again. I did wish that they would stay open just an hour later on week nights.
I had a great experience with Guardian Storage on Centre Ave! Staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. When loading and unloading, the guys there were more than willing to help me. I signed a month lease and ended up only being there for two days and they gave me a partial refund, something they definitely didn't have to do. Highly recommend if you need storage in the Pittsburgh area!
