One of the employees who I have only seen recently made me feel unimportant two times. One of the longer employees fixed it by making me laugh and giving me great service.
This place handles everything and the staff are always friendly and very helpful. I also love the return policy, If your pet doesn't like it you can return it for a full refund without any hassle.
Great pet shop. Some of the prices are a bit high....but I enjoy the staff and the selections.
