They put me on hold for 20min then hung up on me when the store hours became closed! Absolutely the worst
Went here today after a day of everything going wrong, from start to finish. Had to get a prescription filled that my Florida store had already pre filled despite my advising them I would be out of town, so would not be able to pick up from them. I advise Kristin, who started serving me with a huge smile, and when I left 15 minutes later, prescription issue resolved, and pills in my hand, I had to high five her, and she was still smiling. Thank you young lady for rescuing a crappy day.
They have been clear, organized, and helpful every time I contact them or pick up a prescription. When my insurance required me to get a 90 day Rx or pay full price for each 30 day Rx, I contacted CVS and they had already taken care of it with my doctor's office. Fantastic and friendly staff!
