Simply horrible

Managers are always off or gone

They tell you when they are coming out

I had another crew sent to take a look and fix it; they confirmed it was put together wrong and said they would have to order a new elliptical. Thing was, this second crew didn't bother to do a darn thing. I called after a few days and found out they didn't put in a replacement order, or put notes in the system about the defects they observed....NOTHING. Finally, I had to make yet another appointment, I just had them haul away their poorly built POS, and give me a new one in box which I went ahead and built MYSELF. Now it works like a dream. But paying extra for assembly was supposed to SAVE time...all it did was give me a massive headache.

And their automatic phone message means you never get to speak to a human

They should just put up the 'going out of business sign' already. Customer service has become atrocious and I don't think the folks at Sears really care. I ordered an elliptical and paid $70 extra for assembly. My wife was the only one home at the time of delivery so I didn't get a chance to supervise. When I saw their handiwork I was appalled. Parts were put on crooked (I could tell the moment I looked at it as the stem for the main console was at an angle), bolts and screws only driven half way in. I could've seriously hurt myself if I hadn't paid attention and used this machine.

The auto center don’t respond to your call and if they respond, they give a wrong information.

Had an issue with patio furniture but after some back and forth with store manager, we came to an acceptable resolution. Unfortunately I was not able to get the set I paid for because of an incomplete delivery but the store manager worked with me to make up for it as much as he possibly could.
