I tried to schedule a group visit. After numerous tries to reach an actual person, I got in touch with someone who claimed to be a manager. There was little desire to help me, but there was a lot of blame given to corporate. I would think that a manager would want to problem solve and open the door to selling 100 tickets. On personal visits, I have found the lines to be slow moving and the cleanliness to be at best average. It all says, "Stay at home and watch Netflix, or wait for it on demand." Too bad because I used to really enjoy going out with a group to see a film on the big screen.
I went today to see War of the planet of the apes. Once I arrived we got snacks the cashier was sort of friendly. But, the deeper I went into the theater the more filthy it got. Once I got to the theater their was popcorn under the chairs and even worse their was gum on my chair. Every trash can I saw was full. The bathroom oh,god it was filthy first of all the soap was out and so were the paper towels on top of that the floor was covered is trash and was wet in some spots. The movie was very good but the theater was not good. The only good thing about this place is the location.
Configuration to get tickets is inconvenient, by combining the ticket and concession lines. If someone wanted to grab a soda during a movie, they'd have to stand in the long ticket line and miss a large part of their movie. The floors look like they haven't been cleaned in a decade, my shoes stuck everywhere I walked. There was popcorn strewn everywhere. They ran out off large cups and all the machines were out off coke zero.
Really dirty, the whole lobby area smells like pee. The floors in the lobby and bathroom were really sticky. No ticket taker. Also really pricey 12+ for a ticket and 6+ for a small soda. Waterfront and century square are much cleaner and cheaper and have more to offer. Really has gone downhill. The theater itself wasn't bad (comfortable, good sound and screen)
1 star for showing the only movie I have ever walked out on. Murder on the orient express. Theatre was like 78 degrees which did not add to a pointless movie.
