Just wish this place was closer to Jefferson hills pa. Availability will vary on big hit movies of blurrays . Some employee are helpful on section of movie choice & guidance where it's located store .
90 percent of the time movies stop playing or skip, even after they "clean " them
Awesome environment & a great place to rent movies! Unfortunately the current manager is very rude. I tend to not go when she is there. Not helpful and should find a job that has limited human contact. Ironically, lots of people have come and gone when she started as the manager... Hmm.
Selection is very good, wonderful place to stock up on movies (new and classics) for a cold or rainy weekend. I have found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant however the current manager is less than friendly, can be very rude and condescending. She does not represent Family Video well and could use some training on how to deal with the public or she should find a different career where human contact is limited.
Last video store in the area. Though I would prefer one that wasn't a large chain that drove our independent stores out if town, I'll take what I can get.
