Word of caution: if you order coffee, be sure to check inside the carafe ....if you don't, you may end with a tea bag (like I did!) inside! Then the coffee will have a weird soapy taste! (The carafe went through the dishwasher and put in service.)
The appetizers were soggy and rather tasteless. The main course of lobster ravioli with shrimp and scallops was bland and insulting. The "scallops" were barely bigger than a pencil eraser (smallest I've ever seen) and the ravioli tasteless. The bland sauce didn't help, and was rather weird. The meal reminded me of a Stouffer's frozen dinner.
Friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Waitress was nice and new the menu. Drinks always refilled and plates taken after meal completion. Also there are Kiosks on the table so u can play games, pay your bill, call your server, etc.
This Olive garden is one of the best via food quality and decor and usually really good service . However our last visit there the server wasn't very attentive maybe she had an off day. Also I witnessed a guy come in for carryout and the carryout was talking to a. Fellow co-worker and ignored the guy until he made a noise signalling he was there. The employees talking is no big deal but backs should never face where they need to see customrrd
The food, as always, was very good. Soups were served hot; the server was pleasantly attentive to our requests.
The service here (greentree) is always amazing! The Parmesan zucchini bites, which are new to the menu, were to die for! My waiter Ken was very good and personable. Always a great dining experience here, the manager should be proud!
Someone of Italian heritage would be outraged to see the "Italian kitchen" part of the Olive Garden name!
