I am absolutely disgusted with the court conciliator. I had an appointment this morning to put my ex and I's new custody agreement into a legal document and the court conciliator felt the need to add her own opinion to an agreement both father and I had agreed to a month ago at our last appointment. She felt there should be a limit on how many times I could call my son when he was with his father. What she failed to do was read the info from prior visit to see father tends to not return child when child is ordered to be returned and safety concerns I expressed that is why the prior visit my request for my son to have a phone paid and provided by me was granted. Then she begins to agree with father about cell phone usage. I thought court workers are to find positive solutions and not pick sides or give the impression of picking sides. Our custody agreement was documented as we asked, but please re-train your employees on what's acceptable and what is not.
Not fun
Absolutely RUDE! if you do not like your job find somewhere else to work.I came there to take care of something important and had to listen to this guy whine because it was 4:15 and they were closing soon. I don't care what time it is. You were open so do your job properly! He would not let me pay for what I needed to because he said " I want to F***ing go home" Absolutely disgraceful!!!!!!!!!
