Office closed at 5 pm on friday whereas online timing is 6pm. How hard it is to maintain right info online. Wasted my time.
I work for a providers office and this is by far the only Auto Insurance Company that is so un-organized. There is NO claims department for us to speak to, they just direct us online, but online has the same information that we already know. Sometimes you need to speak to someone to get things corrected. They will deny claims with no legit reason for the denial. They just state that no documentation was included (But it was)!!! I hope its easier from an insurer's prospective.
don't be lazy and stay loyal to an insurance company- shop around, there's always money to be saved if you put in a couple hours of research.
