I got a account with them. On my second payment I set it up to come out on a (so to say) 11th. They took it the 10th and made my checking account negitive.. now they refuse to pay for overdraft fees. Now they threaten me with a attorney.

Stay away from Mariner Finance. Target the eldery. Extremely rude staff. If I could give no stars I would.
