I will never set foot in this office again nor will I ever recommend them to another person.
I have been 2 times in which both times I waited over an hour to see the dr. The doctor rhen said there was nothing that could be done for me and referred me to pain management. The pain management dr referred me to physical therapy for which I had already doing g for montha. This time when the pain hit I went to the emergency room and followed up with 3 rivers ortho. I was referred to a different pain dr and given pain meds. Within 12 hours it was clear these pain meds were doing g nothing at all for me and I called to see if they could give me something stronger until I could see a new pain management dr.
Not thrilled with 3 rivers surgical felt like a production line. Was tested which I questioned since already has testing done will be charged for testing I felt was unwarranted . Dr was pleasant but felt I was just a nobody and was given by dictated Upmc my 15 minutes of allotted time
The notes the doctor wrote in my file were read to me which implied I was some sort of junkie and that NOTHING AT ALL was to be done for me. I attempted to explain these pills were not working g at all and it would be 3 weeks before the new dr could see me, couldn't they give what I had taken several months prior? I was treated like a junkie. I'm sick of people who treat others this way for ligitimate pain. I never wanted to hard core stuff they gave me in the hospital but whatever it is they gave me is like taking a placebo. It's rediculas to be treated this way.
