I've been calling this place foe over three days -- it's either "busy" or nobody picks up. Waste of time.
Utterly useless. They still schedule appointments and hearings like its 1975. Welcome to the 2000s. The internet and phone are much faster and more efficient than mailing a slip of paper. How do I know you got it? The cop tells you that you have 10 days. Wouldnt it be swell to just log on a website and check in? Schedule a hearing from available dates online and then enter a debit card if I need to post a 50$ bond?
Such a headache
Also, dont expect to get a word in in your own defense. This judge just yells a lot and then you get whatever he feels like. Bring a lawyer if its serious or youll get steamrolled.
