He continued and stood at the counter and argued with me for no reason. I’ve purchased about 2 dozen pairs of these shoes from this location over the span of 5-6 years. My mind was truly blown away.
Such an amazing store! everyone was very helpful and attentive. Store manager & team were all amazing! Next time I am in town I will be back!!
Simply put I just got sick and tired of the pushy attitude and bitter all around attitude displayed by Russ and decided I would not be giving Russ my business.
One of my favorite stores with one of my favorite brands of shoes. I’ve been purchasing items from this location for quite sometime and was greeted by everyone’s favorite bitter shoe salesman “Russ” once again on Sunday.
No alternative was offered to shipping, (historically offered this in the past with Lauren)

Love shoe selection. However you have some employees that really lack customer service skills when it comes to returning items. Anytime I return a pair of shoes I always get a clerk that challenges the return. Why am I returning, this is missing a price tag, the price tag is attached to the box it needs to be on the shoe, the tag was ripped you can't see the barcode. I told the girl yesterday that the tag was like that when I bought the shoes and the clerk had no problem ringing them up. She just wanted to remind me next time she could decline the return because it didn't have a bar code. I said so next time I have to check the tags before they are sold to me, shouldn't that be the stores responsibility? They never say anything when I buy multiple shoes but try and return them and they make me feel like I am doing something wrong. I watched a woman infront of me return bras with the tags off, her clerk said nothing to her, she just reticked the items and off she went. Your staff needs to learn how to treat consumers and need to be reminded that without me they will not have a job because there will not be a store. I would so rather shop on line instead of dealing with most of your employees. Not good for your brick and mortar locations.
Good selection of quality items. Prices are reasonable. Not crowded at all. They also have carts that fit kids two and under which is a plus.
Over all it’s shocking to see and I fail to understand why such a high end store and Brand wound tarnish themselves by allowing the customer to be subjected to such poor customer service standards.
Russ had stated that the Magnannis I was going to purchase “always ran big” and that the 12’s would be ok instead of the 13’s.
