I've been coming here for years and they ALWAYS I repeat ALWAYS are making me wait 30 minutes to be seen even though I come in on time, they're so unprofessional. I had an appointment at 4:00 and I wasn't seen until 4:26 and then when I went outside to tell my ride I would be way longer than expected as soon as I got back inside the doctor says to me, after telling her I thought I would been out of here by 4:30 "you would've been done at 4:30 if you were in here when I got in here" DR. FARRAH THAT IS. IF YOU WERE IN HERE WHEN I WAS HERE THEN I WOULD HAVE BEEN DONE BY 4:05! (ITS TAKES 5 MINUTES TO WRITE DOWN YOUR NAME AND CHECK A FEW THINGS OFF FOR A LEARNERS PERMIT). My mom had to go off on them last week for leaving her and an impatient 4 year old in the check up room for 45 minutes so she could take her lunch break WHILE SHE HAD A PATIENT. I'm officially done with this place.
The staff was friendly, informative, and went above and beyond for me.. The doctor also went above and beyond to serve my needs, offering a health care plan of diagnosis and treatment. I took a very good amount of the doctors time on my first appointment, as I was requesting a few prescriptions, a couple of referrals, and explained IN DETAIL the ongoing stress I was under and the traumatic experiences I went through in the last 2 yrs! She and the staff listened, and were VERY patient and empathetic, and one of the staff prayed with me. HOW can there be a few SUCH NEGATIVE complaints here among the positive comments??? Very odd! THINK ABOUT IT!
If I could rate them a negative number I would. The WORST service in the city. I wonder if there is even a doctor on staff there. Lazy. Slow. Nasty attitudes. Consumers deserve better treatment and service than this poor excuse for a health care facility offers. Save your money and your time. Go don't deal with this place.
Relatively nice people, but very disorganized. Overall, the organization did a poor job of keeping track of my medical records. In addition, the response time to my calls and voicemails was subpar.
Horrible dental department. Go in there with a cavity or two get them pulled and your mouth is never the same, it gets worst. They drag and twist your teeth out your mouth causing more damage to the teeth that don't need pulled. As if it's for you to keep coming back. And once the teeth are pulled your not suppose to be Still in Pain. Now you have New Pain in a New Area in your Mouth. I had great teeth for most of my life until I went there! I had another dentist and that one did an Excellent Job. After, I get this situation dealt with I will Never go back there! And I would suggest that you don't either, Horrible, you wonder if they Care or Mess Up your Mouth from Lack of Real Knowledge of how to perform Dental Work!
