Dollar Bank is really cool! I just moved to Pittsburgh and the telephone customer service, and relationship bankers are really kind, understanding, and professional, even when I was at a branch right when they were about to close. Their customer service is alot better than other branches that treat me like a number.
This bank has absolutely no customer service or technology that's anywhere near current. The banking mobile deposit never works glitches and shuts down the app constantly, the bank closes before anyone in the real world gets off of work and doesn't open before work starts is completely inaccessible and has no real perks to make up for it. My company uses this bank to process more than a billion dollars in client transactions per year and is ready to look for another banking partner due to our client and employee complaints.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE WAS TOLD I WOULDNT BE MISSED AND THAT I SHOULD LEAVE WAS THE WORST DECISION TO SWITCH FROM PNC TO DOLLAR BANK.
That's what they are worth anyway a dollar that's how they got their name.

The tellers are very mean and disrespectful. And they charge me a late fee for overdraft because I was on my way to cash my check and put money back in my account when Amazon took $11 out of my account which I only had $2 in my account at the time. They took it out literally minutes before I got there and they still charge me an overdraft fee when I could have just gave them the money back plus put money in my savings minutes after that.
